I LOVE curry!

Tofu Curry

-1 package of tofu, cubed
-1 medium onion
-red cabbage
-grated carrots
-broccoli
-coconut milk (make sure you read the label so you buy a detox friendly one)
-curry powder, cumin, turmeric to taste

Mix it all together in a wok (tofu and onions first, carrots, then spices), makes lots of leftovers for lunch another day!
